My Boston Probate Attorney Handled Everything
When my mother died, she was deeply in debt. She had multiple credit cards with balances, and a car that was nearly new. When we started notifying creditors of her death, they started asking who was going to assume responsibility for her debts. I didn’t know how to answer them, so I contacted a Boston probate attorney to give me some guidance. He immediately got to work on her estate, and I didn’t have to talk to creditors anymore, which was a relief. I was able to plan her memorial service and remember her, which was very important to me. I appreciated the help during a stressful time.
