A Lot to Learn
My aunt is a real estate broker, and she has done a lot of work on very awesome and expensive properties. I don’t know how she does it, but even in our struggling economy, she manages to hire people to fix up these properties and then sells them at a huge profit. She has even sold several hotel properties. She knows the ins and outs of hotel acquisition financing because her first job in her field was an assistant to a hotel contractor and part time at a real estate agency. I’ve wanted to get into real estate for the money, but I have a lot to learn.
