I was surprised when searching online for pizza paddles, just how many different varieties of pizza paddles for sale there really are. I didn’t know I would have more than just one simple option. Instead I ran into inexpensive pine paddles, more expensive hardwood paddles and even stainless steel for a bit more. They ran between $5.00 and $50.00. I was happy with a pizza paddle in the middle range. I may eventually get a better one, although a basic pizza paddle is fine for now.
