Database Slowing Down Scheduling Company Website
As the marketing expert for our event scheduling company, I decided that we could greatly increase business by allowing customers the option to register their events directly on our website. The idea was that we would store their information in our database, and then export it later to a personalized file. What we did not consider was whether or not our database was properly configured to handle this. Over the course of a few months, we noticed that our website was actually slowing down, and I figured that was due to our database. I contacted an SQL Server Consulting company to review our current database settings.
