Anxiety and panic attacks are different
Either it is a panic attack or anxiety attacks both are painful. But there are still many a differences between them. Anxiety attacks are usually developed over a period of time due to prolonged depressing conditions. Before a full blown anxiety attack a person may begin to feel its symptoms. So, if the conditions responsible for them are kept under check or the person accommodates to them, chances of anxiety attack are significantly reduced. On the other hand panic attacks are sudden in nature and they may be a result of certain situation or condition. Best way to control these attacks is to properly decipher all the Symptoms of Panic Attack associated with an individual.
