Water is a natural appetite suppressant. The diet pill industry has taken us for a ride with a major con job. They are pushing “appetite suppressant” pills on us, when the only true appetite suppressant you will ever need is absolutely free, it is found in nature, and you already have access to it: drinking water. Rather than drugging yourself silly in an effort to curb your appetite for food, you can achieve virtually the same effect just by drinking water. Drink at least one gallon of water per day, and you are guaranteed to eat less.
