It’s a known fact that people suffering from diabetes cannot give long gaps in their eating pattern. It is for this reason they are often advised to keep snacking on something or the other all through the day. However, this doesn’t mean that you will start gorging on anything that you like.

Another snacking tip is to limit your serving and choose only low calorie snacks to munch on.
