I don’t know what sort of criteria she used to determine a good mixer, but the writer of a stand mixer review I found was completely unimpressed with the mixer she used. I actually have the same model as her, and I have absolutely no complaints about it at all. Even though it’s pretty old, my stand mixer is powerful, sturdy as well as being easy to use and clean! It kneads the thickest bread dough and the motor never overheats, and it even allows me to turn out silky smooth mashed potatoes like a pro. If you asked me, I’d say that everyone should use this mixer!
