You can purchase Theatrical Contact Lenses through mail order companies. These usually do not require a prescription but you must have the measurements for your eyes. This means that you must see an optometrist to have your eyes measured so that you can get the right size contacts. Whether you are aware of it or not, they make different size contacts that fit either the cornea, or colored iris of your eyes and the pupil or the entire eye. The wrong measurements can cause you to get the wrong mail order contact lenses and cause damage to your eye and in some cases this can be serious.
