Concerns for children
It’s my hope not to offend any friend who is a gay mormon or any gay person for that matter. I would be just as uncomfortable to have my children spend the night at a home where the parents are living together and not married. I don’t want them to believe that those choices are OK and good. I would think a gay mormon would understand that and I would happily have them over, but any gay person who enters my home would not be permitted to act romantically in our presence. That would make me way too uncomfortable.
