How to Avoid Hiring a Fake Degree Holder
When you are tasked to hire someone, never believe everything written on their resume right away. Who knows, perhaps everything on there might just be made up. These days, you can never be too sure anymore, especially about an applicant’s educational attainment as there are thousands of diploma mills that sell fake degrees. So to be sure that you are not dealing with someone who is a fake degree holder, keep these in mind:
1. Double check the information written under the “education section” of the applicant’s resume. To do so, you can call the school to verify.
2. Don’t forget to also double check if the school is indeed a legitimate school.
3. Lastly, also check his or her references.
