The Color of the Diamond Is a Factor in Pricing

I knew that color was a determining factor when it came to which diamonds were valued higher, but I did not realize that the colors could be so different. I had seen many Canary Diamonds and yellow diamonds both online and in the jewelry stores near my home. Some were darker than others and some were clearer than others. I saw the prices listed for each type of stone and quickly realized that the better the diamond, the higher the price. I did not want to spend too much money but felt that I was in the right ballpark at about $7,000 for a ring.
