Building Muscle Takes Time

Building muscle takes time, and should be done in small increments. However there are ways to build muscle fast (German: Muskeln schnell aufbauen). First, you must have the nutritional capabilities to be able to build muscle quickly; if you don’t you can just forget it. Fast muscle growth actually requires less training, but more intense workouts. This is because your muscles need more time to recover after more intense workouts. So in theory, building muscle fast actually occurs with less training, just a higher intensity work out. Genetics can also be a factor which can help greatly or hinder your ability to build muscles quickly.
