Different Methods for Sprint Triathlon Training
In the world of sports, everybody has an opinion about training. This is no different when it comes to sprint triathlon training. Many people are proponents for length based training and many others push time training. I think the most important thing for a beginner to remember is they need to learn good technique. You can be in great shape and have a lot of endurance but technique is going to win every single time. Having a good stroke in the swim will not leave you exhausted like the person that doesn’t know how to swim properly. Master the right technique first and then build endurance.
