Preparing Our Rental Home
We decided to buy a new home a few months back and we are excited about the prospect of living in the new house. However, right now is not a great time to sell our old home, so we have decided to rent. In order to rent, we decided to make some home improvements. The first thing we did was to paint and put in new carpet. We also added a half-bath. This was all made much more affordable because we found a diythemes coupon. A friend told me about these and I am so glad he did. We are now making a profit off our old home.
